Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the lodge
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service
• Coordinate with staff to maintain cleanliness and organisation
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
• Monitor and manage lodge inventory and supplies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Participate in staff training and development programmes

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a hospitality or tourism management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Education:

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of lodge operations and guest services
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Additional language proficiency
