Scope (but not limited to): Update and maintain sales records. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as generating and formatting reports (see below), data capturing and preparing presentations (PowerPoint). Use Excel to create basic pivot tables and perform V-lookups for reporting. Prepare documents in Word, including contracts and proposals. Work with the companys ERP system to capture sales data Communicate professionally with internal teams, providing timely updates and support. Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines. Requirements: Experience in a sales administration role or similar position beneficial. Proficiency in Excel (including basic pivot tables and V-lookups), Word, and PowerPoint. Non-negotiable. Confident with numbers. Experience with ERP systems. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to meeting deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
