What Youll Do:

• Manage NOC performance and network systems.
• Resolve escalations from Tier 1 & 2 to ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead a skilled team, driving resource efficiency and technical excellence.
• Implement system upgrades, migrations, and best practices.
• Proactively optimize performance and document processes for repeatable success.
• Collaborate across teams and with clients to maintain strong relationships.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years in a NOC/IT MSP environment.
• Expertise in Windows Server environments (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022).
• Strong skills – Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and PKI.
• Intermediate experience in VMware vSphere 6.5+, Hyper-V, and mass storage (SAN/NAS).
• Good understanding of VLANs, routing, and firewall behaviour.
• Proficiency in Exchange 2016+ and Microsoft Azure.

Qualifications:

• MCSA | MCSE | or relevant Microsoft role-based certifications from the Azure and Microsoft 365 lists.
• VCP-DCV (VMware Certified Professional) or Hyper-V.
• Experience with Veeam and Rubrik.
