Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a site construction management role.
• Project Management experience
• Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures related to site operations.
• Must be based in Gauteng, but willing and able to travel and stay overnight as needed between project sites in Limpopo and Melrose.
• Proficient in MS Projects and other relevant site management tools.
• Demonstrates leadership and management skills, with a strong ability to supervise teams and drive project timelines.
• Must be organised, detail-oriented, and professional at all times.
• Strong commitment to quality control and compliance standards.
• Honest, ethical, and reliable – no job hoppers will be considered.
• Humble, with positive energy and a team-oriented attitude.
• No formal degree required, but hands-on site experience is essential.
