Minimum requirements: 5 years experience in multi-unit fast food/QSR operations management. Strong knowledge of stock control, food costs, and operational efficiency. Proven ability to maintain and enforce hygiene and cleaning standards. Experience with staff management, including hiring, training, and disciplinary processes. Solid understanding of labour law and prior experience representing a business at the CCMA. Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to travel extensively between stores. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple fast-food outlets. Conduct regular stock takes, spot checks, and food cost control across all stores. Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health & safety, and cleaning standards in preparation for internal and external audits. Drive operational excellence by monitoring and maintaining brand standards across all stores. Handle recruitment, training, performance management, and terminations, ensuring correct processes are followed. Represent the company at CCMA hearings and ensure compliance with labour legislation. Monitor store financial performance, highlight problem areas, and implement corrective action. Perform follow-ups on operational issues and ensure all stores maintain consistent quality standards.
