• Define and implement detailed test plans.
• Perform Manual, Functional, Backend, Frontend, Technical, and Automation Testing.
• Conduct various test types including Regression, Security, Performance, Portability, Maintainability, API, Mobile, Multi-browser, and OS testing.
• Create, manage, and analyze Test Cases and Scripts (Technical and Functional).
• Manage defects using JIRA, from capturing to resolution.
• Engage with developers and testers to coordinate test data and environments.
• Prepare, review, and maintain documentation including test reports and user manuals.
• Ensure scripting is efficient, scalable, and easy to hand over mid-cycle.
• Collaborate with external vendors and act as liaison within Agile frameworks.
• Prepare deployment plans and ensure audit compliance.

 
Essential Skills & Tools

• Strong experience in Manual, Functional, Technical, and Automation Testing
• Expertise in: Regression, Performance, API, Security, Reliability, Negative, Mobile, Cross-device testing
• Tools:
  JIRA, Xray, Confluence, Jenkins, Postman, SOAPUI, IntelliJ, BrowserStack, axeMonitor

 
Advantageous Skills

• Testing across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
• Experience testing infrastructure components (e.g., servers, networks, cloud)
• Systems engineering and integration knowledge

 
Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in IT or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5+ years’ experience in software testing
• ISTQB Advanced Level Agile Technical Tester or ISEB Intermediate Certificate in Software Testing
• Proven Agile working experience (mandatory)
