This is a great opportunity for someone with 6 months to 2 years of short-term insurance experience (brokerage or insurer) who is eager to grow their career in the claims and administration space.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with short-term insurance claims administration (personal and some commercial lines).
• Capture and process claim documentation accurately.
• Follow up with clients, insurers, and service providers on claim progress.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure all policy information is kept up to date.
• Provide support to brokers with claim-related queries.
• Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
• Deliver excellent client service and ensure timely communication.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Matric (non-negotiable)
• 6 months – 2 years of experience in short-term insurance for either a brokerage or insurer (3rd party companies will not be accepted)
• Basic understanding of claims processes (personal lines, commercial exposure a plus)
• Basic understanding of Underwriting a plus
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and client service skills
• Computer literate and able to work on multiple systems
• Own transport or reliable commute to Table View
• Must live in the surrounding area/s.
