We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy coffee shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff performance, maintaining store standards, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance goals.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and place orders as needed.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll within budget guidelines.
• Coordinate with management on promotional activities and marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years’ experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or in a supervisory role within the F&B/coffee shop industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
