<p>A boutique hotel in the vibrant suburbs of the city seeks an experienced Reservations to join a small team.</p><p><strong>Duties include but not limited to:</strong></p><p> Liaise with the Sales team</p><p>Liaison between hotel and agents including OTAs</p><p>Monitor and update contracted rates in collaboration with the Revenue Team</p><p>Maximising both occupancy and Average Daily Room rate</p><p>Processing reservation requests double checking reservations taken by the reception team</p><p>Managing of guest profiles and the accuracy there-of</p><p>All follow ups on provisional reservations and the conversion to confirmed bookings</p><p>Ensure deposits and or prepayments are done</p><p>Group bookings along with rooming lists</p><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with agents/suppliers</p><p>Assist with site inspections</p><p> Willing to be flexible in terms of working hours</p><p>Must have Hotel reservations experience.</p><p> </p>
