This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys working in a guest-facing position while managing administrative and operational responsibilities in a stunning safari setting.</p><p>? Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Oversee front of house operations, guest check-ins, and overall lodge activity</p><p>Handle administration, accounts, and stock control duties</p><p>Maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards</p><p>Support kitchen management and oversee menu execution</p><p>Lead and manage a small housekeeping team, including HR tasks and scheduling</p><p>Motivate and guide staff to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction</p><p>Provide outstanding customer service and guest care throughout the stay</p><p>? Requirements:</p><p>24 years of experience in a Front of House role within a 45 star lodge or hotel</p><p>Matric (Grade 12) qualification</p><p>Computer literate with strong administrative skills</p><p>Excellent sales and customer service abilities</p><p>Experience in stock control across bar, food, and curio departments</p><p>Strong organisational and leadership skills</p><p>Valid drivers licence</p><p>Experience with Innkeeper or similar reservation systems is advantageous</p>
