<p>A catering company with an upmarket contract situated within a school seeks an experienced Catering Manager with:-</p><p>Matric & relevant catering qualification</p><p>Minimum 4 years experience in a Catering Management role within industrial catering – school experience would be a solid advantage.</p><p>Must have managed a team of between 7 people previously.</p><p>Strong management skills and excellent at controls and consistent hygiene standard management will be a requirement.</p><p>Must currently be holding a Catering Management role at a upmarket unit, they are not looking for a chef.</p><p>Own transport essential, working on your feet, hands on working with the team to ensure the product and service is consistent and good quality.</p><p>Only candidates with the SPECIFIED experience above will be corresponded with, therefore if you do not receive a reply within 7 days, your application was unsuccessful.
