A luxury game lodge is seeking a highly experienced Senior Lodge Manager to oversee all aspects of lodge operations. This role requires a strong leader with a background in both five-star lodges and five-star hotels, bringing together exceptional hospitality standards, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the lodge, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all departments.

• Maintain the highest standards of guest service, ensuring personalized, five-star experiences.
  
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures effectively.
  
• Oversee food & beverage service, housekeeping, front-of-house, and guest relations.
  
• Drive staff training, development, and performance management.
  
• Implement and uphold health, safety, and compliance standards across the lodge.
  
• Work closely with ownership and senior management to achieve long-term strategic goals.

• Minimum of 57 years senior management experience within luxury hospitality.
