If youre a wine enthusiast with a flair for guest interaction and service excellence, this could be your perfect pairing!</p><p> Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Oversee and elevate the lodges wine service programme</p><p>Manage stock, ordering, rotation & accurate records</p><p>Curate wine lists and pairings with the culinary team</p><p>Host wine tastings & guide guests through wine experiences</p><p>Train service staff on wine knowledge & service standards</p><p>Maintain an organised, secure & world-class wine cellar</p><p>Track sales & support beverage revenue goals</p><p>? Requirements:</p><p>Experience in a luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or fine dining environment</p><p>Strong knowledge of SA & international wines ?</p><p>Relevant wine qualification (WSET / Cape Wine Academy highly advantageous)</p><p>Confident host with excellent guest-facing skills</p><p>Strong stock control & supplier management abilities</p><p>Passion for training and mentoring service teams</p><p>Willingness to live on-site in Thabazimbi</p><p>?
