Pretoria: Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant

Minimum Requirements: Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant qualification (essential). Previous call center experience (advantageous, but not required). Strong communication skills with a patient-first approach. Computer literacy and experience with patient management systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of pharmaceutical guidelines and drug safety. Key Responsibilities: Conduct telephonic consultations with patients to monitor drug utilization and adherence. Provide accurate, clear, and empathetic information to patients. Record and report any adverse drug reactions or medication-related issues. Ensure compliance with healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations. Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Keep patient records accurate and up to date.
