• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in pre-owned vehicle sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license and clean criminal record

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, present, and sell quality pre-owned vehicles to customers
• Accurately evaluate trade-ins and prepare valuations
• Manage the sales process from enquiry to delivery, including finance applications
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
• Keep up to date with stock, pricing, and market trends
