Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing sales activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.
The Branch Manager will report to the Manager and should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Automotive Motor sector. If you have degree in Business Development and Marketing, or and possess strong leadership and communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Qualification:
- Grade 12
- Additional relevant qualification would be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in operations management within the Tyre/Automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of Tyre products, wholesale, distribution, and industry standards.
- Relevant qualification in Business Management/Operations/Supply Chain advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally if needed.
- Clear Criminal record
