• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing project across departments. Support documentation and reporting of project outcomes and lessons learned
• Map processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvement that reduce waste and increase value 
• Collect, clean and analyse business and operational data to generate insights
• Support the development of dashboards, reports and performance metrics to guide decision making. 
• Explore and test innovative approaches, tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Education:

• BSc / BEng in Industrial Engineer or equivalent 
• 1 -3 years experience 
• Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, SQL, Python) 
• Strong analytical, process-mapping, Lean / Kaizen and continuous improvement principles.
