Western Cape: Sales & Marketing Accounts Manager posted by iStaff (Pty) Ltd

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within eg FMCG/Agricultural industry.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Experience in managing key accounts and developing long-term client relationships.

 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performance Measures:

• Accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
• Client satisfaction and retention rates.
• Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
• Successful execution of marketing campaigns.
• Expansion of the customer base and market share.

Technical Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the eg FMCG/Agricultural industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of customer behaviors and market dynamics.
