About the Role

You will lead the Cape Town region across sales, service delivery, operations, and account management. Your core focus will be doubling sales and volume in 3 years through regional strategy execution, client partnerships, team upliftment, and market expansion.

What Youll Do

• Lead a high-performing, client-focused team

• Oversee key accounts and deliver exceptional service outcomes

• Develop and implement the 3-year Cape growth strategy

• Drive new business, upselling, and client engagement initiatives

• Manage operational processes: invoicing, stock, callouts, and installations

• Plan and coordinate regional events and promotional activities

• Deliver monthly performance reports and sales forecasts

• Ensure compliance with training, audits, and quality standards

What You Bring

• 510 years experience in business development and team leadership

• Tertiary qualification in business management

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead growth strategy

• Operational excellence and resilience under pressure

• Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

• Experience in the F&B industry or coffee sector (advantageous)

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
