• Receiving and control cash from counter sales

• Correlate deliveries and collections 
• Managing of dispatch functions 
• Ensuring accurate binning and picking 
• Ensuring effective packaging
• Manage material handling equipment needs 
• Ensure correct paperwork 
• Administration of job & staff
• Initiate purchasing requirements for Stores 
• Ensure quality procedures are being carried and understood i stores 
• Maintenance of equipment 
• Control of stores delivery vehicles and related logbooks 
• Managing of goods receiving functions 
• Managing of oil stores, steel stores & castings cardex
• Must perform any work or duty as required by his manager
