Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct geotechnical inspections and stability assessments of the residue storage area.
- Analyze instrumentation data and recommend corrective measures.
- Support embankment design and construction planning.
- Prepare technical reports and engineering recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe tailings management.
- Participate in emergency response planning and safety initiatives.
- Promote adherence to international best practices in tailings management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological Engineering.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or eligibility to obtain.
- Minimum 5 years of geotechnical experience in mining or tailings management.
- Hands-on experience with geotechnical analysis software.
- Familiarity with international tailings management guidelines.

- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
