What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience:

• Minimum 5 years as a Workshop Manager
• Corporate dealership and volume brand experience
• Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering departmental profitability

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise technicians, mechanics, service advisors and manage supplier relationships
• Drive positive profit margins for service and repairs
• Manage production schedules, quality control and customer interactions
• Oversee parts management and inventory control
• Ensure efficient vehicle receiving, reconditioning and showroom preparation
• Handle customer complaints and maintain strong relationships

• Strong leadership and staff management capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with results-driven approach
• Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Technical expertise with quality standards focus
• Multi-tasking ability with end-to-end project management

Digital Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience with automotive platforms (Evolve, IAL advantageous)
• Digital fluency essential
