Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update intranet content
• Administer and manage SharePoint environments
• Support data analytics initiatives
• Provide service desk and systems support
• Assist in developing dashboards using Power BI

Requirements:

• NQF Level 6 qualification in an IT relevant field
• 3 years of IT systems and databases
• Exposure to business systems beyond ERP (e.g., mining or plant processing systems is a plus)
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
