Reservations and guest seating to maximize efficiency Monitor the dining area to ensure guests are satisfied and respond to requests quickly Support senior staff and management in maintaining service standards Uphold hygiene, safety and food handling protocols always Maintain stock levels for all FOH items Monitor staff performance and provide guidance where needed Step in to perform service duties when required, leading by example Assist with stock take Package on offer Salary: R 12 000 R 15 000 pm DOE Start date: ASAP
