Summary of Key Requirements: Proven experience in a senior engineering or maintenance role within a luxury hospitality or estate environment Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Technical knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) Ability to work independently, manage a team, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously Proactive; reliable, and detail-oriented Valid drivers licence and reliable transport Experience managing budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships Ability to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans and schedules Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Conduct regular inspections and audits, and prepare reports on maintenance activities and operational performance ?
