Lynnwood, Pta: LEASING ADMINISTRATOR Minimum Requirements:-Professional Afrikaans speaking female-Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must-Matric-Minimum 2 years recent Commercial- or Retail leasing experience a must-Strong understanding of lease documentation, property terminology and leasing processes a must-Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills-Computer literate in MS Office-Stable employment record and contactable employment referencesWork hours: Mondays to Fridays 8am-5pmDuties:-Full property leasing admin duties for Property Management company-Prepare, review & process Offers to Rent, Lease Agreements, Cessions and Renewals-Ensure lease docs complies with policies and legal requirements-Maintain lease schedules, tenant records and FICA documentation-Coordinate with Centre- & Portfolio Managers and Legal Departments to finalise lease docs-Track lease expiries, renewals & rental escalations-Manage digital filing system, proper archiving of all leasing docs-Liaise with tenants-Assist with monthly reporting, lease summaries & management packs-Provide admin support for leasing projects, including tenant relocations and new developmentsSalary: R 15 000 – R 20 000 gross maximum (depending on relevant experience)E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF (Not as a link) – Your monthly gross salary expectation in context with amount offered.
