Sandton: MICE Manager – SA and East Africa

Requirements: 8 -10 years experience in MICE, Incentive, or Group Travel Management . Strong knowledge of Southern Africa (East Africa experience a plus). Proficiency in Tourplan (preferred). Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex programs from concept to completion. A passion for delivering seamless, high-impact travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: In this role, youll take the lead in designing, coordinating, and delivering unforgettable meetings, incentive trips, conferences, and events across Southern and East Africa .
