Job Description
- Oversee the overall operations of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and administration.
- Drive new and used vehicle sales while ensuring profitability and market growth.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans and dealership budgets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage dealership staff to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all departments.
- Maintain compliance with all OEM, legal, and corporate policies.
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dealer Principal or in senior dealership management.
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales, service, and operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to manage budgets, P&L statements, and operational KPIs.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of dealership performance metrics.
