Stellenbosch: Building Foremen Required – New Residential Development (Stellenbosch) Start Date: January 2026

We are seeking experienced Building Foremen to join our clients team for a large-scale residential development commencing in January 2026. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience as a Building Foreman on residential or mixed-use projects Proven ability to manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and day-to-day operations Strong technical and leadership skills with attention to quality and safety Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications Valid drivers licence and own transport Duties include: Overseeing site works, progress, and quality control Coordinating materials, labour, and subcontractors Ensuring deadlines and safety standards are met Reporting to the Site Agent / Project Manager Competitive remuneration packages will be provided Long-term project opportunities in the Stellenbosch area A professional and supportive work environment
