TABLE VIEW, West Coast (W-Cape) – South Africa

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS

• Monday Saturday
• 09:00am – 18:00pm
• Selected trading till 20:00pm in peak season or by client demand
• Sundays & Major Public Holidays – CLOSED
• 2x Saturdays off per month in Winter months (rotate)
• Flexi time

REPORT TO: Owner

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full Time

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R7,500 – R10,000 per month (Based on desired skills)
• 10% Service Commission (tiered)
• 10% Retail Commission (tiered)
• Performance incentives

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Certified Nail Technician (all systems)
2. ITEC Diploma in Nail Technology preferred
3. Based in or around the West Coast with ease of travel
4. Bubbly personality – client relationship curator
5. Able to do basic nail art – and have a creative flair
6. Skilled and confident in Polygel, Gel, Full Cover Tips, Overlays & Sculptures

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Confident in all standard nail systems including Manicure, Pedicure, Gel Polish, Soft Gel Tips, Soak off & Nail Art
• Demonstrated skills in delivering luxury, quality, meticulous nail services

EXPERIENCE:

• Cruise Ship experience – beneficial
• 5-star Day Spa or High end Nail Bar employment experience
• BONUS – if you can perform any other beauty services or lash services, this would be highly beneficial
