This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with a flair for both restaurant operations and event management, ensuring seamless service and unforgettable guest experiences. What you’ll be doing: Restaurant Operations Assist in managing daily service & FOH operations Train, schedule & support restaurant staff Uphold 5-star guest service standards & handle feedback with professionalism Manage stock, inventory & POS systems with accuracy Work with the kitchen & bar teams to ensure flawless service delivery Drive sales through upselling, specials & promotions Events Management Plan & execute events from enquiry to completion (birthdays, showers, teas & more) Prepare quotes, manage bookings & liaise directly with clients Conduct site inspections & ensure venues are event-ready Collaborate with service & kitchen teams for smooth delivery Develop event packages & promotions to grow business Build strong supplier & client relationships What you’ll need: Previous experience in restaurant and/or event management within luxury hospitality Strong organisational & administrative skills Financial acumen & stock management experience Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Proactive, detail-oriented & able to thrive under pressure Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & public holidays Who you are: A vibrant, hands-on leader with a passion for service excellence.
