Reservations & Revenue Manager Wanted – Luxury Wine Estate in Stellenbosch! ✨ Kendrick Recruitment is looking for an organised and driven Reservations & Revenue Manager to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch. What you’ll be doing: ️ Overseeing the entire reservations process – from inquiry to confirmation Leading, coaching, and motivating the reservations team Maximising room revenue through strategic inventory management and collaboration Maintaining accurate data and reports using Protel Air (or similar systems) Managing VIP bookings, special requests, and problem-solving with professionalism Handling incoming emails, phone calls, and messages to ensure exceptional guest service Working closely with other Heads of Departments Attending meetings, preparing reports, and providing feedback What we’re looking for: Grade 12 relevant tertiary qualification 3 years’ experience as a Reservations Manager (luxury/5* environment preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills Knowledge of revenue management principles and hotel booking systems (e.g., Protel Air) Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and guest focus Experienced in MS Office and Excel Flexible availability, including public holidays and weekends as required This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Reservations & Revenue Manager to grow their career while working in one of Stellenbosch’s most iconic wine estates.
