• Contactable References
• Must be computer literate.
• Experience in the courier industry is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area.
• Process parcels through the swad machine to record dimensions and weights.
• Receive, sort, and arrange inbound freight from linehauls and local drivers.
• Scan, package, and prepare freight for outbound linehauls according to company standards.
• Report and repackage any damaged freight when possible.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound manifests are complete and accurate.
• Distribute re-routed parcels to the correct destination areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading pallets for outbound shipments.
• Support local drivers with parcel swaps during swop-overs.
