Brakpan: Financial Manager

This role is ideal for a professional with experience in manufacturing, production, mining, or a similar environment. This role requires a hands-on financial leader with strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the confidence to partner with the Managing Director and Group stakeholders. Due to our clients” Equity Plan, preference will be given to Equity Female Candidates. Key Requirements: Minimum BCom degree (CIMA/CA advantageous but not essential). Strong proficiency in Excel; Sage Evolution exposure beneficial. Proven experience in cash flow management, management reporting, and compliance. Ability to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Leadership skills to guide a small but diverse finance team. Responsibilities: Prepare and present monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts. Manage cash flow, foreign exchange reporting, and bank relationships. Oversee payroll, VAT, tax submissions, and compliance reporting. Support board meetings with financial insights and reports. Monitor production profitability, costing models, and efficiency exercises. Manage internal controls, annual audits, and insurance policies.
