Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse costing structures, inventory management, and product profitability
• Lead and support CAPEX planning and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure global financial compliance and reporting
• Develop, implement, and maintain management accounting systems and internal controls

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom degree in Finance/Accounting
• 5+ years in a Plant Controller or similar role within automotive or manufacturing sectors
• Strong understanding of management accounting, costing, and CAPEX
