Germiston: Technical External Sales Representative

Qualifications Matric (with Math) Sales and Marketing training/degree/diploma Requirements Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within the industrial tool market/industrial plant hire/capital equipment/ hardware sector or similar. SYSPRO Experience Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual English & Afrikaans Reliable own transport Candidate must reside in Germiston or close surroundings (East Rand, Edenvale) Duties Marketing and selling of Products and services to existing and potential customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Filling out of Call Reports and, on occasion, delivery of products and services to the customer. Reporting non-conforming products, services, and customer complaints to management. Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries. Determining the degree of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
