A+N+
IT Diploma and or MCSE advantageous
Soud knowledge in hardware and software support
PABX support
Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, servers, printers and scanners
Support +- 150 users
Provide full support to specific Campaign and team under that campaign
Shift work 24 hour contact centre
