Job Description
- Answering the switchboard and taking detailed messages regarding any queries.
- Assist with service queries that are logged.
- Quotations and invoices using Jobsys.
- Capturing the invoiced jobs in Excel for follow-ups.
- Calling of clients to obtain service work.
- Email and telephonic correspondence with clients for scheduling and service feedback.
- Raising job cards daily for the service teams.
- Delegating and scheduling jobs for the service teams.
- Dealing with the main Technicians and their assistants for any queries they may have.
- Liaising with the Technicians regarding feedback, handover logged repairs with the repairs department.
- Using Maximizer database to source for work for the service team and pull monthly reports of clients that need to be contacted for annual services.
- Make unit listings / asset registers in Excel.
- Capturing data from the service sheets upon client requests.
- Logistical planning for scheduling purposes.
- Ordering supplies via email or telephonically.
- Drafting Service Level Agreements and actioning them as stipulated once signed off by the client.
- Managing the service teams and their assistants’ annual and sick leave, ensuring the forms are completed and signed off.
- Filing of completed forms.
- Assisting the Project Managers with possible leads if a client requests a new unit.
- General ad hoc duties and assisting the other departments where needed.
- Ensuring to keep track of the walkie-talkies.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work under pressure and be punctual.
- Customer orientated and organized.
- Ability to problem solve independently and have a positive attitude.
- Own transport required.
- Must be dependable and have a professional etiquette.
- Computer literate and proficiency with typing.
- Ability to work with different personalities.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
