Job Description
Instructional Design
- Design and develop engaging, outcomes-based learning content for digital or blended delivery.
- Create storyboards, course structures, assessments, and supporting materials aligned to adult learning principles.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to extract and translate complex information into clear, structured learning experiences.
- Contribute to the development of frameworks and standards for digital content creation within the organisation.
Graphic & Multimedia Design
- Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and email templates.
- Develop brand-aligned content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional strategies for campaigns and events.
- Maintain visual consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Create short animations or video snippets for social media and promotional use
- Create basic animations, videos, or interactive visuals to enhance engagement.
- Ensure all content follows accessible design principles and presents a cohesive visual identity.
Strategy & Implementation
- Assist in establishing workflows and processes for content development and review.
- Participate in selecting appropriate platforms and tools to support e-learning design and delivery.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment of learning materials with organisational goals.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, Information Design, or a related field.
Experience
- Degree or diploma in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in both instructional design and graphic design roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing eLearning content and marketing design work.
- Proficiency in eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, LMS platforms) and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Understanding of adult learning theory and digital pedagogy.
- Experience designing for social media platforms and digital marketing.
