Job Description
Our Client in the Financial Services Industry is seeking to employ Front Office Support to their team based in Umhlanga KwaZulu – Natal.
This is a 6-month Fixed term Contract position.

Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 minimum.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, E-Mail, calendar tools).
- Drivers license and own vehicle (willingness to travel)(if applicable).
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Provide general administrative support including copying, scanning, and document binding.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming Front-office experience.
- Manage meetings and meeting rooms (venue, catering, attendees etc.).
- Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and office supplies.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Support basic office errands and ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception and common area.
