Hotel Reservationist This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Reservationist located in Stellenbosch. Reservation Responsibilities: Handle guest reservations efficiently and accurately, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining a well-organized reservation system. Manage hotel reservations, including processing bookings, modifying or cancelling reservations, and ensuring the accuracy of guest information. Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing information on rates, availability, and hotel amenities. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests. Monitor room availability, room types, and rates to provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests. Maximize room occupancy by upselling and promoting available upgrades and packages.
