Pretoria East: Financial Accountant posted by Network Finance
As the Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the financial function while supporting multiple development projects. This broad role offers exposure to project accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering, providing the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Managing month-end and year-end financial processes
- Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting
- Maintaining the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing VAT and statutory submissions
- Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
Job Experience and Skills Required:
BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
Approximately 2 years’ post-articles accounting experience
Residential property or property development experience will be highly advantageous
