Cape Town City Centre: Junior Level Paid Media Specialist

Responsibilities: Assist in the setup, management, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy development Monitor campaign performance and provide regular performance reports Support the senior team in analysing campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to deliver high-quality campaigns Requirements: 12 years of experience managing or assisting with paid media campaigns (agency experience beneficial) Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification advantageous Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Eagerness to learn and develop within the digital marketing space Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ideal Candidate: A driven, detail-oriented individual whos passionate about digital advertising, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
