Stellenbosch: Maintenance Fitter

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent Trade Tested Certificate Valid drivers licence (essential) Strong maintenance skills with basic plumbing & electrical knowledge Basic HACCP and Pre-requisite Programme (ISOPE01) knowledge In-depth knowledge of HACCP Plan for glass and BIB filling (ISOPH02) Able to be on stand by every 3rd week (Monday Sunday) Duties and Responsibilities: Machine, Equipment & Vehicles Preventative maintenance & breakdown response Minor part fabrication Maintain tools, registers & order spares Liaise with service providers Complete QMS maintenance records Buildings & Grounds Building and grounds repairs Basic plumbing & electrical fixes Quality Management Follow all QMS & GMP procedures Support security and quality activities Health, Safety & Housekeeping Sanitation testing & CCP control Maintain clean workshop Adhere to PPE & safety standards Monitor contractors and uphold housekeeping PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
