Job Description

Office Administrator is Required by a Company in Western Cape (Montagu Gardens)To provide professional front-line reception, efficient office administration and accurate sales support. Communicate regularly with Head Office regarding invoices, proforma invoices, stock tracking, and dispatch.Keep all Head Office information updated.Follow up on stock availability and ETAs.Notify the Sales Team of stock arrivals or updated ETAs.Act as a reliable and professional point of contact for clients.Provide accurate information and support to ensure a positive customer experience.Ensure client satisfaction through professional communication.Maintain stationery inventory and perform regular stock checks.Place orders when required.Maintain and update company documents in both electronic and hard-copy formatsAssist the Sales Team with quotes, follow-ups, and enquiries.Support External Sales Representatives with quoting and information requests.Assist with tender enquiries and historical quote follow-ups.Attend to phone-in and emailed quote requests.Process orders received from the Sales Team and direct customers.Provide customers with updates on existing orders.Perform monthly stock takes and submit reports to Head Office within the first week of each month.Maintain stock levels and place orders when neededPerform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Director/Manager.Please send detailed CV in Word Format, stipulating last salary and reason for leaving last Company.
