• Design, deploy, and manage scalable and high availability infrastructure to support iGaming platforms.
• Monitor system performance, implement tuning improvements, and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless deployment processes.
• Implement and manage robust security measures to safeguard system integrity and protect sensitive data.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency and reduce latency in system processes.
• Maintain thorough documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct regular system audits and work towards continuous improvement in system reliability and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain ahead of the curve.
• Have experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Are familiar with networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Have experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform.
• Have understanding of security protocols and best practices in protecting gaming systems.
• Maintain and optimize servers, networks, and cloud-based systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Facilitate Penetrations and Vulnerability end to end and point to point audits.

Qualifications and Knowledge: 

• Matric (NQF 4),
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Gaming Compliance with SANS Standards part 1,2 and 3 is advantageous
• Knowledge of system integrations and API Backend logic in languages like Python, Javascript, Node.js, Java.
