Johannesburg: Procure to Pay Finance Manager – to start December 2025 on a 6 month contract

One of the leading banks in South Africa is on the lookout for a strong, strategic, focused leader to lead a team of 4 as a Finance Administration Manager. This is a hybrid role, starting December 2025. 6 month contract, with a possibility of extension! Finance admin manager – CIB – Not branch management level! Non-negotiables – Candidates has strong management skills – team of 4 (know their work) Put controls in place SAP, negotiable on systems – understands functions Team – support function – Procure to pay function in CIB – feeds into Group Stakeholder management is key part of skills Must have procure to pay – support team, give team direction Level of experience – 10 years’ Innovative person Flexible Recommend improvements / changes We’re looking for a Finance Administration Manager to lead a high-performing team, streamline systems and processes, and ensure our financial operations are not only compliant—but exceptional. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Driving Performance: Monitor KPIs, track reports, and take proactive action to exceed service standards. Strategic Planning: Translate divisional goals into actionable plans and individual objectives. Optimising Operations: Lead process improvements, manage expenses, and drive innovation. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and deliver on service level agreements. Team Leadership: Inspire, develop, and manage a team to achieve excellence and accountability. Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, audit standards, and business continuity plans. What You Bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (NQF Level 7). 10 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years managing teams in a Procure to Pay environment.
