Qualifications Matric Requirements Previous experience in Creditors / Accounts Payable role Proficiency in accounting software (Pastel, Sage & MS Excel) Duties Processing and reconciling supplier invoices and statements Processing and reconciling corporate store invoices and statements Ensuring timely and accurate payments to creditors Maintaining up-to-date records and documentation Resolving queries related to creditor accounts Liase with internal departments (sales, customer service etc.) to resolve queries Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliation of accounts
