Minimum requirements: Matric is essential, with a tertiary qualification beneficial This is a frontline role , so a professional appearance , excellent telephone etiquette , and a welcoming personality are essential Our client is looking for someone who is vibrant, organised, and approachable General administrative and receptionist duties Basic computer literacy Diary management for attorneys (strong organisational skills required) Handling client queries and directing them to the appropriate secretaries Managing stationery, courier arrangements, etc. Occasionally assisting with tea service and clearing boardrooms when the tea lady is unavailable Working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Will be responsible for opening files and FICA compliance, therefore previous experience in a law firm and knowledge of FICA requirements would be a strong advantage Consultant: Stephnie Taljaard – Dante Personnel Cape Town
