Hire Resolve’s client, a manufacturer and supplier of promotional tinware, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join their team in Epping, Cape Town. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our client’s team in Cape Town. About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and achieve production targets
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
  • Implement and oversee production policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Manage and motivate a team of production staff, providing training and support as needed
  • Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations

About the Role

Hire Resolves client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team as a Production Manager in Killarney Gardens, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the production process, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities
  • Manage a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met
